Hopkins just didn't do enough to win the fight. His performance was very poor in the later rounds. He clinched constantly, didn't throw enough punches and even resorted to feigning low blows.

All greats fight with a defensive style? Really? Go and watch Pernell Whitaker vs Julio Cesar Chavez. Two greats. Two very different styles. Only one of them fought defensive.

Hopkins tried to steel the fight. If he had come out fighting like he did against Pavlik then he would have stood a better chance on the cards and got alot more respect..he still wouldnt have been able to out work JC though.

Crying about fake low blows, holding, head butting, throwing 5 punches a round doesnt win you a fight....get over it, the cards are in, the fight is done, move on!!

i rooted for hopkins before during and after the fight... but joe won the fight... he didnt do enough... and thats it.
