He beat a shot Casamayor and a shot Barrera. Juarez is nothing special. Barrera beat him twice. Still Juan Diaz is not the champ but Campbell.
Juan Manuel Marquez is nearing the end of his career

JMM..a good job in his career.. i would like to see him get a decision ONCE IN HIS LIFE WITOUT GETTING SCREWED by the judges against Manny "i only fight past prime fighters" Pacquiao.. a third asskicking of ***** manny is something marquez has earned..but then again..DODGING marquez is something that chicken ***** manny has made a good living off of..Comment

However, the question I have to you is, let's say they went back, reviewed it and gave the decision to Manny now.
So what? He knocked a guy down three times and wins by a point? Yeah, that's totally worth pointing out.
I enjoy both fighters, but this fight TRULY is a draw. One fighter did more noticeable damage for a while, one took more rounds. All there is to it.Comment

And in his last 3 fights, he took on Juarez, Pacquiao, then moved on the challenge Casamayor in a weight he would be small in, is now facing Diaz and wants Nate Campbell after to entice Pacquiao for a rubber match.
That my friends is how you near the end of your career. Win or lose, he's going out like a real *****.

Juan Manuel Marquez can still do it. Hopkins is 60 yrs old. but still was able to take pavlik's zero.
As long as he takes care of himself. Dont get fat in between fights. he still has 3 to 5 solid years.Last edited by miron_lang; 01-12-2009, 03:01 AM.Comment

yes indeed i think its foolish to fight diaz very high risk and no reward ill be betting on diaz because of his amazing chin and combinations
he shoulda fought campbell and make some history
he hasnt showed many signs of slowing down but thats boxing fighters get old in one day
Thats the only boxing fight I ever bet on and my last boxing fight I'd bet on... Betting is risky, and I'm intelligent enough to stay away from it.Comment

I was told by a science teacher at some point because nitrogen is inherently blue in color (as shown by the extremely cold liquid nitrogen, which is blue in color), and since that is by far the most abundant element in the atmosphere, that is why the sky takes the color it does.Comment
