Castillo deserves better than to have to fight on for money.

JLC is done. I predicted Lujan was going to beat him because of it; I hadn't seen Bradley before they scheduled to fight, but we would've probably seen Bradley smashing him. Granted, Lujan is a bad style matchup for an older smaller fighter, but if you can't manage to win more than a couple rounds out of 10 then don't even think about the elite.

If Castillo is in financial problems, he should fight bums so he can save something up, but he should not try to step up his level of comp to B class because he'd get smashed and he'd go life and death with a C class opponent.

i just hope and pray jose gets this last win and then somehow sorts out his financial ****...man if i was rich and had the money i would give the guy enough to live on for the rest of his life, he deserves to live comfortably after a tough but glorious career

Thats what happends when you miss manage your money and dont make weight(No disrespect to castillo who is one of my all time Favorite boxer, is just that that is what happend!!!!!!

Doesn't really mean he doesn't deserve better though, his weight making problems were bad but I hate to see boxers like him who gave everything they had in the ring have to fight on for the money. I didn't like Corrales for suing him like he did either, especially considering Corrales then failed to make weight himself against Casamayor.
