THe general consensus is that Haye is the harder fight. Atleast the more exciting one. He'd win more by dropping the belt and beating Haye then he would by keeping the belt, paying a sanctioning fee and beating Gomez.

I believed there was no official announcement of the fight. From what i remember, it was Haye who said that his fighting Vitali.
