    Miguel "The Hitman" Hatton

Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton(45-1-32Ko's) is the former WBU,IBF,IBO,WBA Light/Welterweight Champion and WBC,WBA,WBO Inter-Continental Light Welterweight Champion.Miguel Cotto(32-1-26Ko's) is the former WBO light Welterweight and former WBA Welterweight Champion...Wooo .Would Hatton Vs Cotto have been a better match up for these two Welterweights?rather then seeing the mismatch (Cotto vs Jennings)and although Hatton is scheduled to fight pacquaio)This would be a real test for both of these fighters(not to take anything away from pacquaio)especially Cotto, meaning Hatton has the skills to put you on the mat and is no slouch. Also it would give the world an opportunity to see if the fight with Current WBA Welterweight Champion Antonio Margarito took anything away from Cotto's Repertoire. This would be a great bout for both of these boxers,on the other hand for Hatton if he were to win,he would be able to add another name to the list of great fighter he's defeated to his legacy.Would it also have been a good fight for Hbo? Who would win?

140 it's a pickem, probably slight edge to Hatton, but only because Cotto's chin is garbage at 140.

At 147 it wouldn't even be close, Cotto can carry the extra weight effectively, Ricky cannot.
