By the time Gonzalez move up Calderon will be retire. I like Gonzales he seems like the future of the lower weight classes. But as of now he wont beat Calderon either. Anyways Calderon will unify and move to 112 do 2 fights and retire!!!!!!!!

First of all think about the difference between the 140 and 147 pound divisions, those seven pounds go a long way. Then think about how much smaller Calderon and Arce are, which makes every pound count for a lot more of total size. Add to that that Calderon is really more of a Strawweight than a Flyweight, and you see the issue with that fight.

Calderon won't be allowed to avoid Gonzalez or it will affect his legacy.
He should take Gonzalez now while he is a shade green. Gonzalez will be forcing this fight by late summer and he is the lowest rated next to Calderon in the ring ratings so it is the match.

First Gonzalez had done **** to be such of defining career fight for Calderon, Calderon could retire without fighting him. Second Gonzalez is a strawWeight not a Jr Flyweight and his not even the lineal champ. He is rated the numnber 1 StrawWeight, not the number JrFlyWeight. Calderon is the Lineal Jr FlyWeight. Suggesting not fighting Gonzalez will affect Calderons Legacy is absurd.

Gonzalez will have the ring belt by august then calderon will have no choice. RING is all that counts these days.
I suppose he could retire and do a mayweather avoiding williams , cotto , margarito, mosley.
Calderon will fight gonzalez within 12 months if calderon can stay unbeaten . he wont bother if he's not.
The whispers are everywhere inside the game but then your outside looking in.
                    How would you know.
