The possible fifth fight being Calderon or Lopez. I am not into the PPV thing, but if they put out cards like this I wont complain about shelling out a little cash. Even if some of the fights arent that competitive on paper, when big stars lose their first fight its always compelling to see how they react. And that card is stacked from top to bottom if its true.
That is a definitely stacked card, if only that were the norm on PPVs.

maybe promoters etc are finally realising they cant get away with their usual bull**** fights anymore and are waking up?

I won't believe that until it actually does become normal to have stacked cards on PPVs, the Cotto/Pavlik double header is the only PPV scheduled before Hatton-Pacquiao, let's see what they put on the undercard of that, I'd be surprised if they put anything too worthwhile on that card.

I agree, my stance is wait and see.

this Pavlik/Cotto extravaganza is a Top Rank PPV

it remains to be seen if HBO can be this committed to putting together a solid 3-4 fight pay per view card.

well maybe Bob arum .. because this card is a Top Rank one. We'll see if the other promoters can follow up.

and really look at the Dream Fight .. which had a crap under card ... but sold over a Million PPV buys

as a promoter isn't that encouraging?

why bother boosting up the fight cards when you can get a Mill with a crap under card?
