How is that a "terrible" pick? Marquez is moving up to Diaz division. Diaz is a big 135lber and has great stamina and work rate and a very good strong jab. I don't think its a terrible pick. I believe Diaz will win too.
You don't pick an offensive mind diaz to beat a counter-puncher who also is slick and has a good defense. Marquez also wants Pacquiao more then Diaz ever would. Marquez believes he was cheated in a close battle against Pacquiao.
