Toney v Jirov don't get all the shine it should get. that was a great fight that was kinda tainted by ridiculous scores for Toney, even tho I had no argument wit him winnin closely.

It was funny when that idiot crashed the ring, and then got his dumb ass dragged out by security. Away from the cameras, I wonder if they beat him down a la Fan Man.

Lol, with the way Lampley described it?

"With Barrera-McKinney, you have, one of the best back-and-forth action fights ever."

His words were what made me DL the fight and watch it... then consequently be disappointed, because it was pretty one-sided IMO, and then delete it.

Frankie Liles-Tim Littles 2: Great short fight.

Micky Ward's fights with Shea Neary, Antonio Diaz, and Reggie Green.

Oscar De La Hoya-Oba Car: Carr did much better than expected and made it fairly competitive. For action, it was considerably better than DLH's prior fight, the immensely overrated fight with Ike Quartey.

It didn't get the Fight of the Year by The Ring that it deserved for 2003 (either this fight, or Michael Gomez-Alex Arthur).

Yeah, Carr gave him a Boxing lesson for most of the fight.

                  good fight!

Ummm...the scores card were right. HBO made that fight seem a lot closer then it was. Jiirov wasn't landing as clean as toney was and he was missing a lot. Great fight though.

It doesn't get much love around here and it was pretty competitive imo.

                      Gonzalez-Vazquez
Cotto-Torres, though respected probably deserves a lot more.
                      Hamed-Kelley
Lewis-Klitschko, it gets attention for the wrong reasons.
                      Barrios-Guzman
Augustus-Ward, should have been seen by a bigger audience.
