Why do you like or hate Calzaghe?

I like Calzaghe because he's effective with what he does and still has remained unbeaten.

I wouldn't say I hate him but I certainly don't like him. Two reasons probably.

Firstly I never saw all that much of him until the last couple of years. When I don't kind of follow a fighter's career I guess it is tough for me to really get behind them. Also I have never been a massive fan of aggressive volume punchers.

Secondly he keeps fighting my favourite guys and beating them. Roy, Kessler, BHop - 3 of my favourites. It is tough to like a guy when that keeps happening.

I definately respect the man though.

My oldest brother hates Calzaghe and wanted Kessler to beat Joe. And he also wanted Pavlik to beat Calzaghe... MWHAAHAHA, Pavlik never got his chance. The tats on kessler made my oldest brother a fan most likely, plus my brother loved how kessler responded to his fan-mail...

I left a rude fan-mail to kessler right before he fought Calzaghe.

Seriously? Because if so that would have to be the single most immature thing I have ever read on here. And that is saying something when you consider that I am including Domain in that.

Difference between me and Domain, is I actually felt bad after Calzaghe beat him. I felt like I was an ******* for leaving that message.
