Hearns-Martinez in the works?

Saw Hearns was removed from the fight card on boxrec, could this mean he is stepping in to fight Sergio Martinez similar to the way Hopkins did in the Holt fight?

HBO would probobly rather have Martinez-Hearns then Martinez-Simms or Martinez-Thompson, i prefer to see Thompson fight. He is underrated and got robbed on his last 2 losses
