I personally think prime MAB would beat JMM in his own game.

i agree. both are good counterpunchers, JMM's ability is highlighted though only because this is his main game, while MAB mix brawls beautifully w/ counterpunching. i personally like to watch mab more than jmm. too much counterpunching is boring.

hmm quicker fighters have natural advatage so fighters like RJJ and mayweather are naturally good at countering shots. RJJ in particular as his hands a re so quick thathe can counter you in one and you're down.

can't believe that ppl have eben mentioned james toney, granted hes not quite at his peak but he can counter his oppoents flurries all day long.

hopkins has slowly developed a really good style for counter-punching, in fact his counter punching skills ae now not that far off toney's.

overall though i think JMM takes it, the guy is a technician in the ring and has mad skillz.
