Why this thread? Pac is clearly the man and has been since summer.
To see if eveybody agrees with that statement. Not eveybody sees pacmans win against DLH as the best this year. B-hop won against Pavlik a fight he clearly was the underdog in and won just as big which could put him on the spot, also Calzaghes flawless record and wins against B-Hop and Roy could have secured his spot as no1
Just wanted to see the opinion from the general public and not just from those who screams the loudest.

You would have to be clinically insane to think Hopkins is the top guy p4p right now.
It isn't even an argument. It is Pacquiao easily. If it is an argument, BHop certainly isn't part of it.

I stated some suggestion big guy, that's all. I'll leave the insanity to you. I also posted Calzaghe as a possible no 1 in the same post, yet he doesn't make no1 when he hasn't lost a single match and looked strong and able in his last match!?

You suggested it might be an argument to have Hopkins at #1. IMO that would be ridiculous. I am a BHop fan by the way.
the one guy missing from the convo is Chris John, who we will finally all see in America. Dont get me wrong, I voted for Pacman and think he is #1, but am curious to see how John fares outside of his backyard. I have seen a few of his fights and he is very exciting. I would particularly love to see John vs Linares, proly wont happen though
