definitely dimitrenko this would be a perfect test for both of them to see if they're ready for the big leagues. for dimitrenko it would be the perfect test to see if he can handle big power seeing as how he was apparently troubled in the past.
for haye it's the perfect chance to fight a wlad clone, i.e. an eastern euro that's 6'8 tall and looks and acts more like ivan drago than even wlad himself

If David Haye was to fight in the early to middle of this year which I think he will seeing as how Wlads near enough closed a deal with Arreola and Vitali is fighting Gomez, who would be the ideal tune up for Haye? Who would satisfy your need to see him have a good test will he waits for the Klits?

Wlad Arreola is not a done deal at the moment, Wlad wants to face Haye first and its still in negotiations.
