OK Haye-Fan. Vitali wants to be champ, why would he vacate to fight Haye, especially after the WBC making him champion emeritus? He owes the WBC a mandatory. I hope Haye's as good as he thinks, but everyone knows he has done jack-**** to get a title shot.
