Even though Margarito didn't look at all effected by Cotto's shots (which if he landed on other fighters would probably do some descent damage)... I think they must have done something, I mean... they couldn't have done him any good could they? As for asking if I think the punches Cotto landed and the damage he possibly caused would effect him in his future career... time will have to tell.

But if he keeps getting caught like that in his future fights... it will catch up with him and probably do damage overall, even with his impressive chin.

Cotto took some punishment... He'll be worse off in the long run, He couldnt handle the punishment.

Margarito just, well what can i say???? He's made so many apparences after the Cotto fight, he looks fine at the moment...

Its probly why Margarito is slow...all those shots he's taken against the top punchers in his career probly slowed him down... I bet he trains himself to endure heavy shots...

I think he has about 5 prime hell raising fights left until he starts to look and fight shot.

yeah ive been saying this for a while

but you never know, margs is a tough guy and he could be the next duran in terms of durability, but after 3-5 more fights where he eats leather like he did in the cotto fight i think he will decline quite noticeably in the chin department

I think the exact opposite. Cotto was the one KOd, but Magarito ate a lot more head punches than Cotto, and those are the ones that **** you up permanently!!!!!!
