Bradley? I guess any up-and-comer beating a known title holder is undeserving then. He may have come out of nowhere but his skills are unquestionable even at this stage of his career, the upset being a testament to this despite the relative weakness of his resume.

Or Dennis Inkin, who seems terrified of anyone who is good at all.

Erdei seems pretty lame, because he never fights anyone, but... we'll never know how good he is, because he will never test himself.

Cassius Baloyi is not very good at featherweight. He lost twice to Philip N'dou, who I think is pretty good, but everyone seems to generally agree that he is awful, so...

The Garay guy at LHW is also not that great I've heard, although I don't know that much about him.

Whoever wins Ngoudjo/Urango is going to be fairly deserving of being on this list.

Seems like a decent start of people who are qualifed to be on the list, but haven't been mentioned yet.
