Mayweather Sr. would win, Roach wasn't exactly a great technical fighter, Mayweather Sr. had good technique and the shoulder roll would have given Roach a lot of trouble.

Floyd Sr was bigger and the better boxer although he still wouldn't have the power to knock Roach out, neither would Roach. Both were very tough fighters.
