Hatton Made the statement some time back that "there isn't a light welter in the world who can beat me ' We're all going to find out on the 2nd May. I think at 21yrs Ortiz is agreat prospect. the last thing he needs at the moment is to be thrown to the wolves. A good match up would be well performed Thai boxer Sirimongkol Singwancha
I really wanted to see Victor Ortiz vs Ricky Hatton

To be fair to Hatton Pacman was fighting at Superfeatherweight at the time, and even if Hatton does lose there still isn't a LWW in the world that can beat him since Pacman isn't a LWW any more than RJJ is a HW or PBF is a LMW.Hatton Made the statement some time back that "there isn't a light welter in the world who can beat me ' We're all going to find out on the 2nd May. I see you have your reservations on the Ricky and the Floyd match-up. I always thought your a ruthless hater but you seem to have reservations now and if Pacquiao's opponent doesnt perform as the used to then there lies the problem. Your Dela Hoya prediction may have hurted you little bit didnt you... hmmmm
So you got Vicious Ortiz over Pacquiao now ??

I don't think anyone realizes who Jeffrey Resto is though, he was suppose to be that step up for Oritiz (believe it or not). I saw him fight on ESPN once and he was a ****er, he got great leverage and had great punch placement. Half Mexican Half Puerto Rican. Thats why when Ortiz said he was expectin another Trinidad..I was thinkin the same thing. I really think nerves and Ortiz' rawness got too Resto too soon that he couldn't recover. Because that fight was suppose to be a step up for Victor. But Victor came out the gate pretty raw.
did you just compare Jeffrey Fooking Resto to Tito?

I want to see Gato Figueroa, Tim Bradley and Victor Ortiz fight each other. These are three of the top young junior welterweights and I'd like to see them take the tough road to the top, as opposed to the political road.
Bradley is a titlist but he still needs a defining fight to cement himself as one of the top guys in the division. These guys could be those fights.Comment
