sure, he does. tony should bring that tornado up to 154+ or rematch Williams.

instead, of fighting smaller man like cotto or calling out Pacquiao.

I have no respect for fighters like Margarito. The only way I respect if he fights a legit 154 and stop picking on smaller fighters.
