It isn't 100% built yet, but the stadiums and such are complete, but they just haven't used them yet. Their hotels on the other hand have arenas that are a lot bigger than those of the MGM, but I know what you mean about the drunk Brits...them fools would have to behave or get beat up and possibly arrested by the police down there, they are really strickt about being intoxicated in public. On the other hand there is a large filipino population working in Dubai, and England isn't too far away and they can afford to fly over, so I am a hundred percent sure that the crowd would be 50/50. I know what you mean about the city being not too interested in sports, but no one was thinking that the Arabs would watch the fight anyways.

Mate what are you on about its not to far from england its like 8 hrs. Im sure flights and hotels out there cost a bomb aswell. We can afford? it not all english can afford to fly out to dubai for a couple days. Its ok flying to america because you can have a good laugh there (drinking, ********, singing) etc but in dubai dont they chuck you in jail if you kiss in public? Or they cut your heads of or something crazy. If its not in wemley isnt there a football stadium out there to put it in????

It's illegal to have sex in any country in public. Why would someone consider it to be any different in a ****** country of all things? You really have to be ****** to think that it would be ok. Those two people really need a lobotomy.

It's not just the public sex that was offensive either if you analyse the case.

They were warned by a police officer not to do it. He then caught them frolocking a SECOND time AFTER the warning some time later.

She got violent towards the arresting officer.

She hurled racist insults at him.

The two defendants were both drunk too. Again, that is illegal, especially in a ****** country. Did these two people not have a single working braincell between them????


Also because they were white (white people are treated leniently out there) and the UAE wants to maintain good relations with the UK and the West they were dealt with pretty leniently.

I actually wished this did happen. Dubai looks amazing. I'm not sure about the time zone but they should be able to accommodate for US fans. I'm getting sick of Vegas.
