It depends a lot on how much the layoff has affected Wright, stylistically, he should still give Williams problems though.

Winky is a very difficult fighter to predict, especially now that he's been on the shelf so long. I picked Williams by split decision but Williams has probably never seen a technical fighter like Wink so I can't really predict this. I think if I can predict one thing for certain it's that this fight goes the distance, Wink has a great chin and not a ton of power and PWill has a good chin.

my mind tells me Williams should win this comfortably for a multitude of reasons, but i got a gut feeling about Winky

If Winky comes back looking shot to pieces, it's not hard to work out that a volume puncher like Williams will be hard to deal with

But, I don't think the lay off will effect a man who's main attributes come from having great technical ability.. I see a tough fight for Williams.

I just watched the Margarito vs. Williams fight last night. Williams mopped him up. Margarito really didn't have that strong of an answer. It was a good fight nonetheless, but Williams won by UD on that one.

In the later rounds Margarito tries to rally something and catches Williams with some shots, but PW was able to work through them.

I've only heard about that fight, but when i watched it...this Williams character is for real.

The Winkster? What was his last bout? Hopkins right? That was in '07. Almost two years of inactivity.

The last two fights the Winkster was in was Trinidad in '06 i believe and Hopkins in '07.

"If" they do decide to fight, i think Williams will probably win this one. KO? I dunno, Winky's pretty good at countering.

Winky can definetely cause problems for him But i think the layoff is a little to long. Im pullin for Winky But Paul gets the UD

Yes and yes but no and no. I think Williams does have good abilities in the ring. And for some reason I love the way Winky fights, patience is a virtue.
