He fought some tenacious wars with Marquez and Morales. Marquez is to Pacquiao, what Frazier was to Ali. A nemesis. Whenever Pacquiao is talked about, Maquez will be mentioned. And vice versa.

From a resume and accomplishments standpoint you'll be hard pressed to find 15 greater fighters, he just doesn't rate that high, head to head IMO
