if its for the p4p title, then weight class should not matter at all.
both are about the same size (floyd maybe bigger, not so sure he is 5"8)
there will be no excuse of being weight drained. both would fight in their most comfortable weight.

Roach said he will never fight above 143. If the fight happens it would probably be at 140 or 142-143.

IMO they can fight at 140. That is Floyd's best weight. If they fight at 147 that's another division Floyd ducking on Margarito and Cotto's territory.
