When Clottey puts up those ear muffs which cover head and body, it's pretty tough to get through. I have doubts Cintron can get past Clottey D. Clottey UD. Clottey is an elite welterweight,he is like a smaller Winky,impetuous defence, solid chin,very strong,great boxing skills,outside of Paul Williams he is the best at 147!!

Clottey is hard to hit clean he has a very very good Defence, kinda Ike Quartey esk, Plus even if u do get thru he's sound in the chin department.
I see him tucking up early possibly a bit too much (as he can do sometimes)
Then turning it on in the middle rounds and givin Kermit a beating down the stretch. He might stop em late but i think Cintron is pretty tough (tho not overly) I mean Margarito puts the pressure on like nobody else and he landed ALOT of big shots on him before he went. So im sayin most likely a points win for Hitter

Probably not gonna be good odds on a real money bet if you wanna take Clottey.
