Oscar- Didnt hit manny, therefore the extra weight made no different

Hatton will WITHOUT A DOUBT be more aggressive than oscar was, hes going to hold more, wrestle more and more importantly punch more heavy shots.

People forget hatton has to really slim down to get to light welter, natural weight hes probably similar to oscar.

I think hatton will be too strong for manny, and pacman will get bullied all night, hatton will keep manny on his backfoot and slowly break him down.

i can see the fight being difficult for hatton, he has never faced someone with that same speed, intensity, movement and combination punching. whats more hatton cuts easily and manny has a great accurate left hand that will find the target.

but all things considered, manny is coming down in weight, he has never faced someone who fights on the inside like ricky with his strength and body punching.

Paulie was a slippery boxer. Very different from the aggresive offencivly minded Pac.
He has great movement, but he wants to engage. He needs Hatton at range where he can move in and out, and Hatton is very good at closing the gap very quickly and mauling on the inside. He has trouble with big strong opponents, but Pac is physically smaller.

Pac needs to damage Hatton as Hatton moves in. If he doesnt, he may be in trouble.

I think that Hatton is a step lower than he was. Still his flaws are perfect for Mannys style. He cant defend from left hands at all, he rushes in with his guard open, thats perfect for straight punching, plus he doesnt use the jab, so manny pretty much will control the rithym. I see hatton looking good in a couple of rounds, but when Manny turn on the jet, with is activity speed and punching power it will be over for hatton. Hattons style is easy to hit, and with mannys power thats dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!!
