He needs help with more than just defense. His inside fighting needs alot of work, Jesse Feliciano was making him look bad.

It seems alot of Stewards fighters lack the ability to fight on the inside well

i wish kermit could find a trainer who could manage to streamline cintrons defense in with his offense because kermit just seems like one of those fighters who never realized his potential.

I dont think Steward was the right trainer for Kermit because all he seemed to do was hide his weaknesses instead of improve them. It's similar to what he's doing with Wlad, and it will come back to haunt him.

That said, there is no such thing as some super trainer that can cure problems over night. Much of Kermit's issues will probably never be fixed. It's not like Floyd Sr. could just come in and teach him good defense.

He has only lost to the same man, I know he's a big puncher and all but Clottey would be too much for him now he needs to build his confidence a bit more if he is going to make it big again.....how bout we throw in with a not so elite before a big fight.....like Quintana or Yuriy or even Zab?
