          He gained my respect with that fight. I would of rather seen my favorite fighter quit, and give it another try with more incentive and brains in the future then get knocked out.

              There's nothing wrong with saying "I've had enough". Cotto will live to fight another day. You're completely looking over the fact that even in a loss Cotto put on possibly his best performance against a bigger fighter who up until the 11th round was up on the score cards. Cotto can win a rematch, I have no doubt in my mind he can.

              But as far as his fans not supporting or not being there when he arrived from Las Vegas? Apparently there were mobs of people waiting for Cotto when he arrived in Puerto Rico. Someone here posted the pics a while back.

                    I actually became a bigger cotto fan after his loss. That fight showed that he is mortal after all. You can't always win by knockout as he learned so hopefully it was a good learning experience.
