If the opponent would stand directly in front of him and agree not to move a muscle... I'd say Peter. When Peter is set and puts his water buffalo-like frame behind a solid punch... it has hydrogen bomb like force behind it. Just never ask Peter to throw a punch while moving backwards or from an odd angle. He loses power in either case.

Hardest punch doesn't equate to high KO% or most knockouts. Vitali has stated before that the hardest he was ever hit was by a Virchis punch and that includes his sparring with his brother (yes I realize the brothers may go easier on each other because they're a little fruity. My brother and I punch the **** out of each other like most brothers would/should) Chagaev told me once that Virchis was the hardest he was hit and others have told me that Chagaev hit harder than anyone else. I believe it is Virchis, that doesn't mean he has the overall skill to land his power shots like the Klitschkos do, he just has the harder shot. This is a big disparity between the two.
