Im quite suprised no one has mentioned Myung-Woo Yuh, he made 17 title defenses at Jr Flyweight, and Khaosai Galaxy made 19 title defenses at Super Flyweight, im pretty suprised none of these 2 names have been mentioned yet. Unless i missed em but still they should be mentioned more.

He didn't lose every round but granted he was losing, but that doesn't mean Joey Maxim wasn't a quality fighter he did beat Floyd Patterson, Freddie Mills, and alot of his losses to great fighters like Archie Moore, Jersey Joe Walcott, were competitive fights.

Salvador Sanchez had a short career at the top only about 3 years, how can you possibly think he should be the best Featherweight of all time ? Eusebio Pedroza who made 19 title defenses has a better argument than Salvador Sanchez, and so does Sandy Saddler.

And of course Joe Calzaghe is the best Super Middleweight of all time, the division has only been around 20+ years to my knowledge. And fighters like James Toney, Roy Jones, skipped the division.

I think the best argument you could have is Chris Eubank, but i still think Joe Calzaghe edges him clearly. There's no one really else who comes close to achieving what Joe Calzaghe did at Super Middleweight.

says best fighter not resume or achievements, roy jones cleans calzaghe out in any of his weight divisions
Eusebio Pedroza is no where a better fighter than sanchez
calzaghe is a dirty fighter plus barely scratched a victory half the time with ****** stoppages an ****, he's the biggest joke in that division and the most overrated fighter in history

Yuh has the record amount of defences, but alot of those were to nobodies. I rank Jung-koo Chang, Gonzalez and Carbajal above him.

Roy Jones Jr only fought 4 times at Super Middleweight, and his only notable win was against James Toney. I don't see how you can possibly rate Roy Jones Jr greater than Joe Calzaghe at Super Middleweight.

Im not saying Roy Jones Jr isn't a greater fighter overall, but at Super Middleweight its no contest. And again your missing the point, did i say Eusbio Pedroza is a better fighter than Salvador Sanchez ?

But the point of this thread is too put the best fighters in each weight class, who achieved the most otherwise i would put Pernell Whitaker at Lightweight, and Floyd Mayweather Jr at Super Featherweight. Because i feel they would pretty much beat anyone at those weightclasses, but that isn't the point of this thread. The way i took it from all the answers and ETC.

The topic creator wouldn't of put Carlos De Leon as the best Cruiserweight of all time, because he feels he is the best fighter at that weightclass, its because in his opinion Carlos De Leon reigned there for along time. And made many title defenses that he should be rated the best at weight weightclass.

And Eusebio Pedroza had more achievements than Salvador Sanchez at Featherweight, and he reigned much longer and he had some quality wins over Ruben Olivares, Rocky Lockridge x2, Juan La Porte, and Patrick Ford who gave Salvador Sanchez hell aswell as "19 title defense".

And some people actually believe Salvador Sanchez avoided Eusebio Pedroza, i don't think that way but they would of fought had Salvador Sanchez not died IMO, and this would of cleared up this debate we are having now. But because Salvador Sanchez died tragically and was only at the top for 3 years, you can't possibly rate Salvador Sanchez as the greatest Featherweight of all time.
