When Sanders was in game shape, his left was not only hard but pretty quick. It made the punch more deadly.

Hasim Rahman said Corrie Sanders had the hardest punch he's ever felt.

Lamon Brewster in my opinion. Just didn't hav the overrall skill Saunders had but power I think he wins.

Vitali said he was shocked at Sanders power in his right hand as well as his left.
Al Cole, Rahman, and others basically said he hit like a truck.

He never seemed to be in shape for the main event fights he had. If he didn't get you in 3 rounds, the steam on his punches took a nose dive.

It's rather amazing he got 40 plus wins with his training habits.

With one punch I'd say Sanders, he could **** and had speed to match. He could have been a very big threat to Lennox Lewis back in the 90s had he kept his head in the sport.
