This is nonsense, Tito have not make WW since the Oscar fight in 1999, 10 years ago. Tito will have to starved ridiculously to make 147, he will have to eat once a week,plus cut some of his body parts, Titos most comftrable weight was 154 and 160.

How about if, they make Tito go down to 160 and the mexican special forces make Oscar fight Tito at 160? Everybody knows at this point Oscar should be a MW!!!!!!!!
