Because he's actually the secret love-child of Selma Hayek and Chuck Norris.

Its not about the pain, its how your chin/body is able to withstand a punch.
I once got hit with a perfect punch on my chin, it hurted like crap and thought I broke something, felt numb for an hour but I never went down or even felt wobbling. I went after the guy and took him out eventually.
Thats the only time I got caught completely off guard (hands down. ****** I know..)

China chin. Glass jaw. Dude... if you're still feeling pain in the ring, try ping-pong.

It's because he's way bigger than everyone he fought recently.(except Pwill)
I remember him getting wobbled by Daniel Santos at 154 and Santos isn't even a big puncher at 154.

every boxer feels pain, whether he's a champ or not. Does it affect the performance in the ring or not, thats the question.

But he's a huge ass welterweight who fights other huge ass welterweights so this argument fails!!!

Clotty comes into fights at 170 on fight night, and Cintron is the exact same size as Margarito and is considered the Hardest puncher in the welterweight division.

                  So??????

I gotta go with the Mexican Mullet. Anyone who can sport such a painful looking haircut could stand any punches.
