This is simply not true, he is not abnormal fast. I seen many many of hsi fights and fail to see that he's that fast. Look at the hatton fight and the ODLH fight where ODLH was lightning fast compared to Floyd, a fight that in my opinion should have gone to ODLH.

Pacman is more su****ious if any (speed wise) , but i think he's "clean"
