No, He stated at one time thta he wouldnt fight a Rican and later used not fighting a Mexican for ducking Margarito. That he wanted to avenge not alienate Mexicans so he fought Pacquaio.. But that being said, Jr and him's a rumor right? I thought there was no word from Oscar's camp yet? Didn't Oscar state thta he wouldn't make plans till after New Years?

He said fighting a Mexican would cut down on the fanbase that he could draw from, meaning that he wouldn't fight a Mexican.

I guess his options have significantly diminished, so... Things have probably changed.
