Damn here we are again with " this guy is too big for that guy' b.s. People just couldn't learn. Why can't Cotto and Pacquiao fight? There's only one answer -- marketability. This is where promoters are good at. And Arum is no nuts to choose Cotto over Hatton or Mayweather Jr. If fighting Cotto can guarantee huge revenue, the people who run the show will always find a way to make it happen, you betcha.
