Miguel Cotto Will Fight Pacquiao if Top Rank Offers

Former two division champion Miguel Cotto is in training for his February 21 bout against Michael Jennings. The vacant WBO welterweight title will be on the line. If he gets past Jennings, a rematch with Antonio Margarito is already set for June. Beyond those two fights, Cotto was asked directly about a fight with Manny Pacquiao. Both men are promoted by Top Rank. [details]

I think anyone would fight Pacquiao if offered, thats common sense. But thanks for emphasizing Cotto's interest again as if we havent heard it yet.

      Pacquiao sweepstakes
      1. Marquez
      2. Valero
      3. Guzman
      4. Campbell
      5. Soto
      6. Holt
      7. Hatton
      8. Cotto
      The lists keeps coming.

      Next weeks article reads
"Holyfield disappointed by Valuev fight decides to take another route to fight Pacquiao to become Pound 4 Pound"

It would be a great fight but apart from money, I don't really see the point.

Would be a fun fight but that doesn't do any good for Cotto, I'd better watch him fight Williams or Clottey.

Cott should fight PBF. Pac cant keep taking the big fights. He'll wear himself out.
Whoever wins between Cotto and PBF should get the chance to fight Pac or Hatton
