Yea some of the shots he has taken are otherworldly, it may be the metal plates. Maybe the plates reinforce the structure of his face making it alot harder to move. Often when you see a fighter get hit there jaw moves. I don't think I've seen that happen with Margarito.

He was only 20 years old at the time though and fought 3 times in 1998, so it may be false.
