Stuntin doesn't seem to trust Zelenoff's management. I think we'll find out for sure if he's with the right team after the Jackson fight. If Andrew Jackson turns out to be a Breidis Prescott then, He's got to ditch Stacy Goodson.

His management sucks. they threw him in there with a professional fighter very early on. How many amateur fights did Charlie have? Barely any.

they're just trying to strike while the iron's hot, but charlie deserves better than that. he might actually have potential. who knows?

Is there room for improvement? Sure.

But, Charlie's greatest strength will never be his hand speed or foot work. Plenty of people are blessed with those valuable attributes and plenty of them never amount to anything. No, Charlie's greatest strength is his heart and you can't teach that. The guy is world class in that department, and in this sport, more than any other, that alone, can be the difference.

I was in Shea Stadium on a cool October night when the ball went through Buckner's legs. I walked inside the ropes at Augusta when a 21 year old Tiger Woods won his first major. I saw David Tyree glue a Super Bowl to his helmet. These are wonderful experiences and I will always cherish them, but I would trade all of them to be in the Paris Middle School Gymnasium on January 31st and watch the birth of a legend.

With heart like Charlie's.. Everything else is gonna fall into place. I hear he likes basketball so I just hope he doesn't go too far down that road.

I hope his family problems are taken care of. We lost Len Bias, Doc Gooden and Darryl Strawberry to drugs. We lost Michael Vickto a youthful indiscretion. We've lost countless other phenoms because fame and fortune came with too much too fast. I hope Charlie can stay focused.

I'm also a little worried about the smoking thing. He told us he doesn't smoke weed so that's good. But the cigarettes will hurt him in the championship rounds. I kinda wish we knew what Charlie did for a living other than prize fighting..
