Can Someone Explain Klitschko's Promotional Deal?

-They have their own company correct, is it K2?
i remember an article several months back about them 'stealing' Ustinov

-So their own promotional company is the only attachment they have? what about HBO and how every fight of theirs is not PPV how does that work

-Basically if you could explain how they make so much money without a conventional promoter and regular tv deal?

-Valuev as well Sunderland has him but Don King also has some kind of attachment, do they co-promote him?

Anyone who could explain this stuff to me it would be much appreciated

They're probably the smartest boxers in history. Dual champions with doctorate PHD's & you don't really need a promoter if you've got the right work ethic - they've effectively cut out the middlemen (promoters) taking their cut so they don't need these overpriced PPV's to make cash

    'Nuff said really mate

Sauerland and Don King have 50/50 promotional rights to Valuev.

Wlad is locked into a contract with HBO, I hope he gets out of it soon, because they have too big a say on WHEN he fights. He said he wants to have three fights per year, but with a HBO slot not available until mid to late May for his Arreola fight, he will have trouble squeezing in two more fights this year.
