Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Is a Return Good For Boxing?

He's gonna fight Pacquiao anyway. The first guy he'll fight when he comes back is Pacquiao... After Pacquiao, he'll fight the 'best' welterweight. It'll proberbly be Margarito. But Ring need to put a stamp on who the Ring welter is so it makes it easier to pick a welterweight for Floyd to fight after he beats Pacquiao.

He'll only fight Pacquiao because Pacquiao's smaller. No way is he fighting again (especially against the likes of Margarito, Williams and ever Cotto)...he's too chicken for that. He'll just collect his millions, alienate moer fans because of his boring style and go back to hybernation after dealing the sport of boxing another Mayweather vs. Baldomir.

Are you serious? Who can test him? gimme a break. DLH got a split decision.. Williams, Margarito and Cotto will not only test but likely beat Floyd. It is easy to look good against easy competition. You see Floyd shut up after calling out Winky Wright at 154. Why the silence after calling him out and Winky said, "lets do it." Cause Floyd knows his limitations... not cuz he cant be tested.

And Winky Wright at 154? What don't some of you idiots on here understand. Floyd only moved up for the De La Hoya fight. He had no intention on fighting at Light Middle. Is that so hard to understand????

And when did Floyd call Winky Wright out? All i remember was Merchant trying to name more opponents for Floyd to face, and naming Wright in the process... Floyd is not a light middle weight, the guy came from supper feather. Some of use would put him against Tyson, just to see him lose...

It was an OK fight.. It wasn't Cotto v Margarito exciting.
The thing that made the fight was the knock out but other then that Mayweather did too much clinching.

is williams, marg and cotto your favorite fighters???? bcuz the way i see it, marg and cotto are ducking williams, and williams is ducking true competition by not going up to middle, super middle, or even light heavy..... hes tall enough to pack on the weight and so there isnt really an excuse....... stop hating on mayweather...... he the smartest fighter in recent years

Not gonna happen, Mayweather's too chicken for that. Compliment? Gosh, even Calzaghe's undefeated, has actually won more fights and has won over better opposition in a more EXCITING fashion. Come to think of it, Chris John has more wins than Mayweather and is ALSO undefeated, same with Guzman, only difference is this guys have their whole country supporting them, Mayweather gets booed by his own countrymen because he is BORING.
