Yeah.. the one that bar some highly dubious judging would have just lost to another cruiser-to-heavy now in his mid forties, with neither Haye's speed nor his power. Hardly a convincing argument.

haye has big cojones man, he has a certain style and ****iness that makes you want to watch him as well. love the way that vlad continued to say behave yourself he sounded like a headmaster!!

with all due respect to haye it is slightly disrespectful of him to think hes entitled to a HW shot straight away, he should at least have fought 2/3 HW's like toney/thompson or povetkin or dimitrenko before taking on vlad.

but im bnot complaining hes given the out with vitali some much needed ****e

Fine a55 broad on the avi like usual.

I agree that Haye is a good thing for heavyweight boxing bro. I just think that he is blowing smoke up everyones a55. Yea, I respect him for facing Vitali instead of Wlad, but he could have gone about it another way. The Klitschko's have been nothing but respectful of the boxing world and are a breath of fresh air. In my opinion, you don't have to be brash like Ali or Tyson to earn fans. All you have to do is keep knocking mother****ers out and they will eventually follow you*. See Lennox Lewis for a recent example.

*On second thought, you may just have to have a big mouth or be black.

Either you win or you lose but you go down swinging nonetheless.
There has to be some kind of respect in boxing. Hell even the MMA fighters show more respect these days. That's embarrassing.

Offensive to me? No. Offensive to the dignified heavyweight champ? Yea, or should be. Disrespectful to us both? Hell yes.

Nobody should automatically be granted a title shot against the best just by running their damn mouth. That's all Haye has done. In a way it is clever, but it is disrespectful any way you spin it. I would love to see Haye do well the right way, but I have no respect for him at this point. It doesn't matter either way now. He's getting knocked the **** out by Vitali.

People act like Haye hasn't shown the Klitschko's brothers any respect whatsoever. It is not true.

*Haye recognises that Vitali and Wlad are the two best Heavyweights in the world. That's respectful IMO.

*Haye recognises that if Vitali hits him flush on the chin, he's a goner! That's respectful IMO.

Haye is intelligent and respectful about Wlad and Haye in most interviews. He needs to stir **** and put irons in the fire to make things happen. I for one don't have a problem with it! it makes for good viewing and the spotlight is on Wlad now more then it has ever been. No one can dent that.

I respect that Haye isn't everyone's cup of tea, and that's fine but neither is Wlad. His fights are boring as hell because he's fighting in a division full of **** fighters.

Lets enjoy it while it last because if Haye doesn't win against Vitali then Wlad will have to go back to fight the Hashim Rahman and Samuel Peters again and no one wants to see that **** every three months.

The Heavyweight division needs Haye! Whatever way you look at it, He's good for that division.

Just enjoy it, you know you are!

I think the difference is Holyfield is a top 10 ATG HW, though admittedly far past his best. Haye is well ..... hard to say until he fights someone with a pulse.

Holyfield fought 6 top HWs before he got a title shot BTW.

It wouldn't matter either way. Wlad and Vit would both whip up on Haye. I just think the time tables didn't match up. I'm sure that Vitali wanted the fight and asked Wlad to let him do the honors.

I hope you aren't saying Wlad is scared or something.
