Angulo is much more technically sound and that will win him the fight imo. One thing to keep in mind though is..........Angulo does not look good when backed up, so Mayorga may have more success if he can put Angulo on the backtfoot.

If Mayorga trains like he did for the Mosley fight, a fight that was really close with Mayorga looking really good in the ring, showing he was in good shape and had trained for the fight. If THAT Mayorga shows up, he is gonna knock Angulo out.. Mayorga is not in his prime years anymore, but he still has his power, more than enough to hurt Angulo.
If Mayorga trains - Mayorga by KO/TKO
If Mayorga does not train - Mayorga still wins
