i like kellys style as well he is the margarito of the MW division, he is strong, has a decent chin (although nothing lke marg's), a fighting heart, he can fight 15 rounds and has good power.

ppl on this boards really annoy me sometimes easily - either a fighter is the hardest hitter since tyson or he is a fether fisted!! iv always said that pavlik does not have the one punch KO power that someone like abraham or kess have, he does however have heavy hands and his accumulative power is danegerous for any fighter.

imo his power is strong and apprent at MW. however hes a big guy and it would be shame if he didn't move up to take on the guys at SMW, for one thing his style although exciting is not great for a fight with the SMW's. the SMW's would hit him back and hit him harder than hes been hit before and would really test his chin. however once you get past the issue of whether or not his chin can take it at SMW you have to ask questions of his power...

imo kelly has good chance of carrying his power through if he gets himself a real trainer. if ever someone wanted an example of how amateruish jack loew is then you only need to listen to his thoughts on kelly moving up in weight, he was saying how kelly would be able to eat more and have mor energy later in the fight! imo with a real strngth conditioner kelly could cary his power thorugh the ranks and make real waves in the SMW division.

He'll knock Sturm out, but AA I ain't sure about. He's a strong boxer puncher who could outpoint Kelly or stop him. I wanna see that fight in 09.

If he keeps going up in weight it will just end up harder for him to make middleweight .

          Heavy hands fer sho.

Yeah, i get the whole Jack Loew thing. But ya gotta consider loyalty as a factor. I mean, it's Youngstown Ohio. One of the close knit communities in America. IMO, if he gets a new trainer he's gonna have to move out of Youngstown. I don't know if he's ready to do that.

Whatever manager/trainer solution they find, i think Pavlik will be good in his career.

I think that based on what I saw from Trinidad vs Bernard, and Trinidad vs Jones and Pavlick vs Bernard, Stylistically, Trinidad vs Pavlick would be an awesome fight to watch. People can say Tito is this and that, but when it come down to it, a Trinidad vs Hopkins fight would be closer than a Pavlick vs Hopkins fight. I would even pick Tito to knock Pavlick out.
