Dana White is getting ****ing ****** rich off the UFC.

Keep in mind those fighters are getting paid in the 10's of thousands(even the main event fighters who touch 6 digits) while the headlining boxers are making 10's of MILLIONS.

THe difference is the best fight the best in UFC. The rematch will occur like the GSp-BJ Penn. Unlike in Boxing, Mayweather is ducking all challenges and cherry pick fighters to protect his 0. In UFC, you can't do that. Dana will slap you in the face for ducking everyone out there just like what Floyd is doing.

Gotta admit I'm a little surprised that the Lesnar fight broke a million buys. I'm also not surprised that most boxing fights didn't do very well. A lot of them had no place being on PPV.

Well I am surprised that Wrestlemania did so bad... only 670 K?

Oh dont get it twisted. Dana protects his fighters. The only difference is if his fighter loses he can help position him for a title shot in the future.

And as mentioned earlier, I dont see what the huge deal about this is. Lesnar was involved in the UFC's THREE BIGGEST PPV buy and their best card without Lesnar did 530,000 and I guarantee you a large buyrate was Canadian.

Boxing had some good PPV's and the best PPV. It needs work but its encouraging that if you put fighters who fight the best than it will sell.

I agree. But why can't Boxing put good undercards? Damn I understan they want all the money to the main events but at least put some decent undercards like the UFC usually does. Boxing without DLH and Pacquiao possibly retiring? I doubt if there's someone who could even reach 1m. Hatton-Pac is the only fight that I can see reaching 1m. UFC's undercards are always stucked. The undercards for the PPV Boxing always suck
