I could see Marg, Pwill, or PBF doin it. Those 3 could beat anybody at 147, although slim chance Marg beat PBF. Hatton and Pac shouldn't even be in there. I can't see Cotto beatin Marg. Pwill is the 1 guy I'd favor over PBF.

Paul Williams.
His physical stature and work rate causes matchup nightmares for every top dog at '47.
I think P-Will can, and will unify arguably the best division in boxing.
