he was his own worst enemy, turned from a fighter into a showman, took a sniff at realy world class boxers and did'nt want to know and retired, he addressing the crowd with a arabic message in April 2001 would not have made good PPV figures either for him seeing whatelse happened later in the year. I think he could have gone on and learnt from his mistakes, wasted his best years IMO, but why would he continue, it was obviously it was not boxing that he loved (he was a lazy trainer) just the fame and the money.
