Beating Berto doesn't mean he can beat Pacquiao. Wouldn't mind seeing the fight though. Ortiz has helped change his image some what by showing such relentlessness Saturday Night. People don't let go of Cotto quitting vs Margarito so the same will be done with Victor. Maybe more with him being how he quit mentally. Cotto quit cuz he phiscally couldn't take anymore punishment Sucks but people will always call them quitters.

Totally agree, except for floyd this fight is the ONE. It HAS TO HAPPEN. Sure I got vic getting stopped but who cares, it would be one hell of a war. These kind of epic fights NEED TO HAPPEN if boxing is ever gonna grow out of ugly stepchild status. There are plenty of dudes out there who play hit and don't get hit, it's just not as fun to watch. U get a casual sports fan in front of a war like this one, ****, u got a boxing fan for life.

I think it would be a good fight, better than a lot of people think. Youth is something that a lot of people underestimate. Victor proved his resilience in a very hard fight, he's young, strong, and big for the weight. He just beat a very fast and explosive undefeated fighter in his first fight at Welter. He might surprise a lot of people, just like he did last Saturday. And he's out to prove himself now, like a man possessed.

Ortiz style is a perfect fit for Manny. Its not goin' to change anything, the mexicutioning (like you say) will still continue.. But its goin to be a great fight. But when it comes to balls out slugging, Pac's fast and heavy hands is goin' to KO Ortiz. JMM despite his age is still the best opponent that Mexico can offer for Pac. That is if its fought at the right time (which is as soon as possible), and at the right weight.
