Why Didn't Calzaghe Ever Fight Sven Ottke?

Did Warren have anything to do with this not happening or did Ottke not want the fight, never heard about why this one didnt happen. How do you have two guys in the same continent, the same weight class. with 20 defenses each not fighting?
