Mayweather possibly being the only exception. For now it's Pac vs Hatton, and then Mayweather after (hopefully). Do you want to see the man get permanent injuries inside the ring?? How about Pacquiao vs Hopkins at 170??

Some of you would probably take Pacquiao over Williams or Margarito which is hilarious on its own.
    i agree.

Anyone who REALLY thinks there is ANY possibility of pacman fighting williams or margarito are insane...

williams is just physically too damn big...

and margarito is also too big and at the same time too strong...pacman could really get hurt against a guy like margarito...

i can see pacman fighting at 147 against someone like mayweather, berto (as a tune-up of sorts), and even cotto but he's not going to fight someone like margarito or williams.

The DLh fight somehow erased all memory of Pacquiao's fight with Marquez (which I keep repeating I think he lost, and I consider it when assesing pacquiao). Yes he beat DLH, but there were many factors involved and no, he is not invincible.

There needs to be an intervention.

But before that, remember, every fighter who gets a huge win has had this type of reaction. Hatton over Tszyu, Mayweather over DLH and Hatton, Margarito over Cotto, Wiliams over Kohl (lesser extent, but you get the point). It's just the quantity and lack of quality that overwhelms the forum.

Real good point. I thought Marquez won too and it's ridiculous that rematch hasn't been made. I don't know much about this Chris John guy, just started reading up on him. He's undefeated and apparently beat JMM by a wide decision. Why isn't he talked about more?

Because John didn't win, they did everything possible to discomfort Marquez and he still deserved the nod. It wasn't an insane robbery or Marquez's best performace but he won. And now, John won't leave his home country for ****, or fight any significant fight, so he gets no love.

Really?? Thanks. I was wondering why I hadn't heard much about him. I noticed he doesn't move around weight for big fights and he hadn't had a marquee name since so I was skeptical. The guy talks a lot of **** that's for sure.

Yeah I just looked at boxrec and the scorecards and saw it was a wide UD. Something about low blows too. There is a poster on here, forget his name, with John avs and sigs and quotes and everything. I guess John thinks he's one of the greatest fighters ever. Who is he promoted by?

at 140, then it should be a fight

pacquiao doesn't pick his fights just so you know, he'd fight anybody as long as it's reasonable

i recall a video where roach said they would fight anybody at 140 even margarito but not 147, if williams can make it then i think it's a good fight
